Press Release-2008 Iowa Blues Challenge Finals Congratulations to The Avey Brothers, winners of the 2008 Iowa Blues Challenge held May 17th at the Hotel Fort Des Moines. This Quad-Cities band received $500 cash, 8 hours of studio time plus $1,200 travel expenses to Memphis as our local representative at the International
